The first of my problems this morning were lost in the haze of the many that followed.
In the end, I ended up fully reinstalling the pi4/4gb again along with all the tools. This after having stumbled across how to get the time set right (raspberrypi-specific shit) and how to disable wayland (again, raspberrypi-specific shit).
I'm back to the point where I can pick up my work with the MCU again, but I still want to do UX things and tune the machine up (editor, nerdfonts, icons in the terminal, starship) for like the fourth fucking time in as many days. I at least had the foresight to print my research to a pdf and recapture it from the machine before it's final woes.
Anyway. I'm kinda worn out on it right now, I don't know if I'm going to do much more with it today -- maybe work on that UX stuff. It's casual.
