It's true, it's been a minute. But I've gotten a taste for vibe coding with google gemini, and I'm getting good enough at it to make quick efficient use of it. I've had to put aside the balance of this work while I reboot development on my original vibe coded project, the 'Document Factory" I made for ToC Equipment. Seems they're in that one for the long haul, yo. Can't say I'm sad about it.
I'll be getting back to bluesnake-ai soon enough, and when I do, I'll be armed with new tools for effective prompting for gemini.
The reboot is happening on a new purpose-purchased PC. It arrived this morning. The project is up and running in python dev environment on an upgraded OS. That's a pretty rapid deployment for such a thing. It took some debugging assistance from gemini, but not very much at all -- two libraries needed upgrading; sounds simple but they were spewing hella bible text, and all of it from libraries my code was using, not so much my code itself.
Anyway, it's up and stroking. Color scheme change exercise is tomorrow's protocol.
